FOOD SAFETY IS GOOD BUSINESS!
This combination of Tier I and Tier II trainings wll help you assess your understanding of on-farm food safety, and prepare you for completing a
custom Risk-Based Food Safety Plan for your farm. Trainings are conducted by local specialists.
Lunch and materials are included.
COST FOR ATTENDANCE: This training is FREE for members of the New Mexico Farmers' Marketing Association (NMFMA).
Annual NMFMA membership for individual farmers is $25 and includes trainings such as this, and many other benefits. Cost to attend training for non-members is $75.
