LOCAL FOOD CONNECTS 2019 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

                                              2. MANDATORY Double Up Food Bucks Workshop for Current Double Up participants.) If your outlet currently offers Double Up                                                   Food Bucks, at least ONE person from your outlet MUST attend the DUFB workshop.

REGISTRATION:
  • NMFMA membership benefits allow TWO FREE attendees to attend the NMFMA Annual Conference for farmers’ market, coops, and grocery stores.
  • All other membership types benefits allow ONE FREE attendee to attend.
  • Outlets who want to send more than 2 people, or other members who want to send more than one should register as an "Additional Attendee" for $25 each.
  • Non-members interested in attending the Annual Conference pay $75.
Included with your registration: 
Snacks and beverages both days and lunch on Friday.  Dinner and reception on Thursday night at Santa Fe Community College

Hotel Financial Support:
All outlet managers receive hotel reimbursement for one room, one night, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY for Thursday night. You will receive a reimbursement check at the conference.
BRING A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT!
If you choose to stay at another hotel, we will reimburse the same rate as the Comfort Inn. If you missed the special rate at the host hotel we will still reimburse the $70 rate. You will pay the difference.

NOTES:
  • Catherine Baca will be available in the lobby for anyone who wants a tutorial on the NMFMA’s Member website
  • Martin Miller, from the NM Department of Health will have a table in the lobby for one-on-one discussions about the WIC and Senior programs at your markets.
  • NM Farmers' Markets T-shirts, caps, and aprons will be available for purchase (for you and/or your markets).

Please be aware that even though you can attend for free, each registration costs the organization money. If you cannot attend, please take the time to send a quick message to Catherine at the address below.
