FOOD SAFETY IS GOOD BUSINESS!

You will leave the training with a basic understanding of what food safety Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) look like on a farm, and next steps for your own farm. The workshop will also ready you for Tier 2 and Tier 3 training where you create a custom Risk-Based Food Safety Plan for your farm, and prepare for a third party audit or produce safety rule compliance. Trainings are conducted by local specialists and extension agents.

Lunch and materials are included.
